ANDERSON — A 27-year-old Anderson man was found shot and killed inside a vehicle early Thursday morning, according to police.
The man, whose identity hasn't been released, was found around 7:30 a.m. near West 23rd and Locust streets, Anderson Police Department Maj. Joel Sandefur said in a press release.
His death is being investigated as a homicide.
