BROWNSBURG — A 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged after he allegedly robbed a bank Saturday morning in Brownsburg.

According to information from the Brownsburg Police Department, Christopher Caselden is accused of robbing the Huntington Bank in the 1500 block of North Green Street. He has been charged with armed robbery.

Brownsburg police responded to a report of a robbery at the bank at 10:37 a.m. Saturday. Officers spoke to bank employees who said a current customer had just robbed them.

Workers at the bank told police that Caselden entered the building and approached an employee with a letter saying he had a gun and needed a specific amount of money. Police said the employee gave Caselden the money and he left the bank and drove away in his vehicle.

After reviewing video footage and confirming Caselden was the suspect, Brownsburg police, along with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and Caselden's family, began to search for him.

Police arrested Caselden at 1 a.m. Sunday and transported him to the Hendricks County Jail where he is being held with no bond.
