INDIANAPOLIS — A person was shot and killed Friday morning at an apartment in Fountain Square, according to police.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called around 11:20 a.m. to the 1000 block of Hosbrook Street to investigate the shooting, IMPD Officer Genae Cook said in a press release.
Officers found a male who appeared to be suffering from at least one gunshot wound, Cook said. They later died.
The victim has been identified Deion Matthews. 22.
