INDIANAPOLIS — A person is in serious condition after an apparent shooting on the east side of Indianapolis on Sunday night.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the 6100 Block of Brookville Road on reports of a person shoot just after 10 p.m. on Sunday. When officers arrived, an individual was located with a gunshot wound.
The shooting victim was transported to an area hospital in serious condition.
This is an ongoing investigation.
