Former IU student charged with dealing out of fraternity house

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- A former Indiana University student has been charged with dealing drugs out of a fraternity house. 

Levi Jacob Lewis, of Greencastle, is accused of dealing drugs out of the Tau Kappa Epsilon house at IU, school officials say.

Officials say Lewis is now a former student. 

He has been officially charged with:

  • dealing in marijuana
  • possession of cocaine
  • possession of marijuana
  • possession of paraphernalia.

The TKE fraternity at IU announced earlier this month that it was shutting down for three years.
