Guns stolen from Lawrence store; $5,000 reward being offered

LAWRENCE, Ind. -- A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered following the burglary of KS & E Sports on Indianapolis' northeast side.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives says at least two people forced their way into the building in the 8700 block of Pendleton Pike sometime during the overnight hours of August 5 and 6.

Seven firearms were taken during the burglary, according to the ATF.

The reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.

Anyone with information is asked to call the ATF at 1-800-ATF-GUNS or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317) 262-TIPS.
