INDIANAPOLIS — One person was shot and killed at an apartment near the Indiana State Fairground late Wednesday night.
According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to a report of a burglary in the 1700 block of East 38th Street around 11:30 p.m.
When officers arrived they located a victim in critical condition.
Police later said the victim died.
At this time, police have not released any additional information.
