KOKOMO — A man was arrested early Thursday following a shooting at a Kokomo house.
At 12:54 a.m., police responded to reports of a shooting at 615 W. Markland Ave. and found Kevin Allan Jackson, 27, who was pronounced dead at the scene. A press release from the Kokomo Police Department said Jackson suffered gunshot wounds to the head, neck and chest.
After speaking with witnesses, officers located David Barner, 27, who was taken into custody.
