INDIANAPOLIS -- A man has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman who was shot and thrown from a vehicle on Indianapolis' east side last weekend.
Police have charged Fredrick Ford, 52, in connection with the murder of Catrina Russell, 49.
Police say Russell died after she was shot inside a vehicle in the parking lot of NY Express around 3:15 p.m. Sunday and then pushed out of the vehicle.
Russell's car was found a short time later in the 1500 block of Kealing Avenue.

Ford is charged with murder and currently booked at the Marion County Detention Center.
