INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating a homicide after a 43-year-old man was shot and killed early Sunday morning on the east side of Indianapolis.
According to information from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting happened just before 12:15 a.m. to the 4400 block of East Michigan Street.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. He later died.
No motive for the shooting has been provided.
