INDIANAPOLIS — A man found dead inside a home on Indianapolis' southeast side Thursday suffered trauma to his body, according to police.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers first responded to the home in the 1500 block of Dawson Street just after 3 p.m. Emergency crews at the scene found a man unresponsive inside a home and he as pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been released. The man's cause of death has not been officially determined, but homicide detectives did discover he had trauma to his body. His identity has not been released.
The man's death is being investigated as a homicide.
