Man hospitalized after altercation between neighbors leads to shooting in Arcadia

ARCADIA — One man is in the hospital after a fight between neighbors ended in a shooting early Saturday morning.

Hamilton County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a shooting at 2:15 a.m. Saturday in the 14400 block of East 256th Street in Arcadia, according to a news release.

Investigators believe a physical altercation occurred between two adult male neighbors. One of the men allegedly shot the other multiple times with a small caliber handgun.

The shooting victim was transported to St. Vincent Hospital in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
