INDIANAPOLIS — One person is dead following a shooting on the city's east side Thursday morning.
Metro police say they responded to a call of shots fired around 1 a.m., near East 20th Street and Parker Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot many times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Marion County Coroner's Office identified the victim as Christopher Martin, 37.
Police say they don't have a suspect at this time.
