INDIANAPOLIS — An arrest has been made in the murder of a woman found dead in a vehicle downtown last Saturday.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says 23-year-old Ladriel Chapman faces charges in the death of 21-year-old Doneasha Galbreath.
The incident, according to police, happened in the area of West 21st Street and Interstate-65. But the victim was found dead in a vehicle a few miles away near the City-County Building.
The Marion County Coroner has not listed the cause of Galbreath's death. Officers who found the woman downtown said she was suffering from "apparent trauma."
