INDIANAPOLIS — A person is in critical condition after being shot on the east side of Indianapolis.
According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to 723 N. Sherman Ave for a report of a person shot around 7 p.m.
Police said a victim was found shot at the location.
The victim was transported to Riley Hospital in critical condition.
Police did not specify the age of the victim but did confirm they were a teenager.
