RICHMOND — One person is dead after a stabbing in Richmond early Thursday morning.
The Wayne County Coroner says the incident happened in the 1300 block of W. Main Street.
One person was pronounced deceased by the coroner. It is unclear if anyone else was injured.
Police have not released any information at this time.
