INDIANAPOLIS — A person has been arrested in connection with a deadly hit and run earlier this month on the west side of Indianapolis.
Bobbi Jo Cardwell, 41 and Elisha Johnson, 31, were struck by a hit-and-run driver late at night on Aug. 20 near Washington and Dension streets.
Caldwell later died, IMPD Sgt. Grace Sibley said.

A person, who has not been identified, was arrested in connection with incident, Sibley said.
