INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was found shot dead Wednesday morning on Indianapolis' northeast side.
The man was found in the street of the 4000 block of N. Tacoma Avenue just after 5 a.m.
When police arrived, they found the victim next to a car with multiple shell casings at the scene.
Neighbors told police they heard multiple shots about 15 minutes before the officers arrived.
The Marion County Coroner has identified the victim as 35-year-old Terrence Fields.
