INDIANAPOLIS — One person died in a shooting on the east side of Indianapolis on Saturday night.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 2000 block of North Drexel Avenue on reports of a person shot just after 9:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot injury. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
