WINCHESTER — A man wanted for questioning in connection with an on-going death investigation in Winchester has been arrested in Arizona.

Monty Cook, 59, was taken into custody Friday in Mohave County, Arizona and booked into jail on preliminary charges of taking identity of another, possession of marijuana, theft of a credit card and on outstanding warrants for arson and theft in Randolph County, according to a jail booking card and Indiana State Police Sgt. Cook is wanted for questioning in connection with the death of 61-year-old David Brumley, Bowling said. Brumley was found deceased inside a Winchester residence in November 2018.
