INDIANAPOLIS — One person was critically injured in a shooting near Brookside Park on the east side of Indianapolis on Friday night.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 3500 block of Brookside Pkwy S. on reports of a person shot just after 9:15 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot injury. The victim was reported to be in critical condition.
