INDIANAPOLIS— Police are investigating a fatal east side shooting that left two people dead Saturday morning.
According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to a person shot in the 100 block of N Linwood Ave around 10 a.m.
When officers arrived, they located two victims with gunshot injuries.
One victim was pronounced deceased on the scene. The second victim was transported to the hospital, where they later died.
On Monday, the Marion County Coroner identified the men as 49-year-old Jason Clark and 41-year-old Gary Reed.
IMPD has responded to the scene to begin an investigation.
