INDIANAPOLIS — A second person has been shot and killed on Beckwith Drive in Indianapolis in just over a month.
Randy Hinkle, 34, was killed Wednesday night in a shooting just 31 days after the shooting that claimed the life of 29-year-old Julius Simpson.
The city hit 70 homicides on the year this week.
