SHELBYVILLE — Shelbyville police are looking for two people who are accused of breaking into cars and vandalizing a parks department building last week.
According to a Facebook post by the Shelbyville Parks and Recreation Department, on March 9, two people spray-painted inappropriate images on a parks department building, vulgar language on the parking lot and rummaged through vehicles in the Old Shelby High Apartments parking lot.
