SHELBYVILLE — A man suffering from a gunshot wound was found by officers Sunday in Shelbyville, according to police.
Shelbyville Police Department officers were called to the area near South Shelby and West South streets on the report of a possible person who had been shot, SPD Lt. Mike Turner said in a press release.
The man was taken to IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Turner said. His condition is not clear at this time.
His identity and additional details surrounding the incident have not been released.
