INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating after two people were shot and killed on the city's far east side late Monday night.
Officers responded to the 9800 block of Woodsmall Drive just after 11:30 p.m. on a report of a "personal injury crash." When they arrived, they found two men inside of a vehicle with gunshot wounds. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Marion County Coroner’s Office confirmed Tuesday morning that the victims found shot to death were Eric Colvin, 18, and Justice Wills, 22.
IMPD homicide detectives did respond to the scene and began their investigation.
