INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis police are investigating a triple stabbing with two people dead late-Monday at a west side apartment complex.
According to a public information officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to the Carriage House West Apartments on West 10th Street near North Lynhurst Drive before 10 p.m.
They found three people stabbed inside one of the apartments.
Within minutes, medics at the scene told police one of the victims, a woman, was dead. A man died at Eskenazi Hospital a short time later. A second woman was critically injured.
Two witnesses were taken to police headquarters for questioning.
There was no information from police as to what led up to the stabbings.
