Two dozen arrested, several warrants issued during 5-month drug buying sting in Kokomo

KOKOMO — At least two dozen people have been arrested as part of "Operation Fastlane" — a five-month-long sting conducted by the Kokomo Police Department Drug Task Force.

During the months-long operation, the DTF conducted approximately 70 controlled buy investigations, according to a press release issued Tuesday morning. As a result, more than 75 felony charges were filed with the Howard County Prosecutor's Office.

The investigation also netted the following narcotics:

  • 349.42 grams of Methamphetamine
  • 13.23 grams of Heroin
  • 2 grams of Cocaine
  • 25.5 grams of Controlled Substances

All those arrested face multiple charges including things like maintaining a common nuisance, dealing methamphetamine, dealing a narcotic drug, dealing a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a syringe.
Warrants have also been issued for the following five individuals:

Ronald Dean Shue, age 35

  • Dealing a Narcotic Drug

Paul Patrick Clark, age 42

  • Dealing in Methamphetamine (2 Counts)

Sean Patrick Rogers, age 30

  • Dealing in Methamphetamine (2 Counts)

Brittany Jean Haney, age 30

  • Dealing in Methamphetamine (3 Counts)

Steven Douglas Hilligoss, age 38, of Greentown

  • Dealing in a Schedule III Controlled Substance
