INDIANAPOLIS — Six people were injured after shootings on Saturday night and early Sunday morning, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
On Saturday, officers responded to a call at North Arlington Avenue and East 11th Street around 11:30 p.m.
When arriving at the scene, officers found two victims with gunshot wounds. One person was reported to be in critical condition, while the second was awake and breathing.
Shortly after that call, one person walked into St. Vincent Hospital on 86th Street with a gunshot wound. Their condition was not released.
Around 3:15 a.m., one shooting victim was found at W. Washington Street & N. Belmont Avenue. They were reported to be awake and breathing, according to IMPD.
A few minutes later, police say two people were shot at Guilford Avenue & Broad Ripple Avenue. No condition for either victim was provided.
No further information about any of the shootings has been released.
