NOBLESVILLE — Vandals caused considerable damage and made off with valuables from the Noblesville Babe Ruth Fields in Forest Park.
The Babe Ruth league is a non-profit youth baseball organization for 13 to 18-year-olds.
According to the league, a storage building was broken into. Stolen items include a Ridgid tool kit, including a bag, drill, light, saws, batteries and a charger.
A red 4 x 8 trailer with new decking was also taken. And vandals caused several thousand dollars worth of damage to fencing and buildings.
The tools were being used to continue the numerous improvements that are being made to the baseball facility.
