Whitestown police looking for suspects after armed robbery at Verizon store

WHITESTOWN — Whitestown police are looking for two suspects who allegedly robbed the Verizon store Saturday afternoon, according to police.

Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department officers were notified around 1:15 p.m. after two suspects, described as being black males, wearing ski masks, and dressed in all black, robbed the store at gunpoint, according to a press release from the department.

The suspects left before police arrived, according to the release. They were possibly driving a dark blue Chrysler sedan.

Witnesses, businesses with security camera footage, or anyone with information on the incident, is asked to call investigators at 317-732-4305.
