INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was found dead inside a car early Wednesday morning on Indianapolis' west side.
Police responded to the Pangea Fields Apartments in the 3300 block of W. 33rd Street shortly before 5:30 a.m.
Officers found a man slumped over inside a vehicle in the parking lot. He died at the scene.
The victim was identified as 23-year-old Renote Hall of Indianapolis.
The Marion County Coroner's office determined that Hall died from a gunshot wound to the head and his death has been ruled a homicide.

This is the 110th homicide in Indianapolis in 2016. There were eight homicides just last week.
