Exhibit on substance abuse opens Saturday at Indiana State Museum

INDIANAPOLIS — An exhibit dedicated to educating people on the drug epidemic in Indiana will open to the public Saturday at the Indiana State Museum.

The Fix, which will be at the museum until February 2021, is a partnership between numerous agencies and organizations.

The exhibit will feature stories of recovery, information on the science and biology behind an opioid abuse disorder, and information behind other health crises nationwide.

While the exhibit is open, the state museum is planning to host panels and events around the state.

From 1-2 p.m. Saturday, the museum, Indiana University, and Overdose Lifeline will host a panel and free Nalaxone training event.
