CAMBY — Firefighters from the Madison Township Department in Morgan County will now be known as the Duckling Rescue Squad.
Saturday, they got a call from a concerned citizen who saw a family of baby ducks fall through a grate and down into a drainage tunnel.
The grate will pulled off and one firefighter went down into the tunnel to get the ducklings.
The rescue was a success. Babies and a concerned mother duck reunited!
