WABASH COUNTY, Ind. -- A murder suspect and two other people were killed in a head-on collision involving a dump truck and a car in Wabash County on Sunday.
Indiana State Police were called to the scene on State Road 15 near Wabash County Road 1100 South just after 8 a.m.
The preliminary investigation shows that Terissa Williams, 18, was driving a 2015 Dodge Dart on State Road 15 and crossed the center line, striking a Mack Garbage truck head-on.
The 54-year-old driver of the garbage truck was taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Williams and her passengers, Kaleb Marin, 21, and Thomas Reed, 21, were both pronounced dead at the scene.
Indiana State Police say Marin is a suspect in a murder from April 25 in Lafontaine and a warrant had been issued for his arrest on Friday. One of the firearms that were reported stolen during that crime was found inside the vehicle after the crash.
The crash remains under investigation by Indiana State Police.
