CARMEL – Lou Malnati’s, one of the most famous Chicago-style pizzerias, will be expanding to Carmel later this year.
The Carmel location, 11435 Spring Mill Road, Suite 170, will be Lou Malnati’s second Indiana location.
The location will be carry-out and delivery only, and the business will hire about 50 local employees for the expansion. The positions will be for kitchen crew, phone staff and delivery drivers. For more information on the jobs, click here.
It is scheduled to open in late October.
“We’re excited to expand our footprint in Indiana and make Carmel home to our first location in the Indianapolis area,” said Marc Malnati. “We’re planning to have several stores in the area, including a full-service restaurant in Broad Ripple (coming 2021) and are committed to providing jobs in the local community.”
