Fishers Police Department officers were called to a house near the intersection of Dorster Street and Pennington Avenue around 6 p.m. for a report of shots fired. Police found the man and woman dead inside the house. Police are preliminarily calling it a murder-suicide, according to Call 6 sources.

According to property records, the couple had filed for divorce in August.

In a statement sent to Hamilton Southeastern parents, the school said they will keep both schools open on Thursday and Friday with grief counseling from mental health professionals available.
