Fire, explosion at Indiana Gun Club levels small buildings, closes Fishers street

FISHERS, Ind. -- A fire and explosion at a gun club in Fishers caused some traffic issues Tuesday evening. 

Firefighters were called to the Indiana Gun Club on 113th Street just after 6:30 p.m. When they arrived they found a trailer, storage sheds and a garage fully engulfed with flames.

The fire was quickly put out and investigators are working to determine the cause and what was involved. 

No injuries were reported and the gun club was believed to be closed at the time of the incident. 

The fire remains under investigation.
