Fishers Fresh Market grocery store closing soon

FISHERS, Ind. -- The Fresh Market grocery store in Fishers is one of the 15 underperforming stores countrywide that will close within the next coming weeks.

There is no sign of any further store closures and the company is working to relocate as many employees as possible. 

"Over the last eight months, our company has been executing a turnaround plan and we've seen great progress." Larry Appel, CEO of The Fresh Market, Inc. said. "However, for a variety of reasons unique to each retail location, that progress is not evenly distributed and, as a result, we have decided to close these long-term underperforming stores."

The following stores will close in two to four weeks.
