Noblesville Movies in the Park begins Saturday

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. -- Noblesville's Movies in the Park series will begin this weekend, featuring family-friendly movies and concessions. 

The movies will begin at dusk at Shelter No. 1 at Forest Park in Noblesville. They will be projected on a 30-foot inflatable screen.

The parks department and the Forest Park Aquatic Center will also host the movie "Soul Surfer" on Friday, Aug. 31. The movie will start at dusk and will be shown on the pool deck while attendees view the movie from the pool. Pool admission after 5 p.m. is $4 and food and beverages will be available for purchase.

The full schedule for the Movies in the Park series is as follows:

  • Saturday, August 25 – Coco (PG, 109 minutes) 
  • Saturday, September 1 – Beauty and the Beast (PG, 129 min.)
  • Saturday, September 8 – Despicable Me 3 (PG, 90 min.)
  • Saturday, September 15 – Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle (PG-13, 119 min.)
  • Friday, September 21 – Cars 3 (G, 109 min.) 
  • Saturday, September 29 – Wonder (PG, 113 min.)
