NOBLESVILLE, Ind. -- The juvenile suspect in the Noblesville West Middle School shooting will soon admit guilt in the incident, his lawyer said.

Chris Eskew, the lawyer for the 13-year-old suspect, said the suspect will admit his guilt at the next juvenile delinquency hearing in November.

The admission of guilt is not the same as a guilty plea, Eskew said.

The suspect -- who RTV6 is not naming because he is being charged as a juvenile -- is accused of opening fire in a classroom at Noblesville West Middle School in May, striking teacher Jason Seaman and classmate Ella Whistler multiple times.
