HANCOCK COUNTY — Hancock County 911 dispatcher Jon Bullman has used his recent free time to find a unique way to honor fallen Indiana officers.
Bullman has been carving pumpkins in honor of officers like Noah Shahnavaz, Seara Burton, John Durm, Heather Glenn and more.
