PLAINFIELD, Ind. -- A Plainfield High School student accused of raping at least two other students is being charged as an adult.
Levi Daniel Stewart, 17, is accused of threatening, intimidating and harassing more than one female student to engage in sexual activity with him. The victims told police that the incidents happened over the last year and a half.
The Marion County Prosecutor's Office filed formal charges against Stewart on September 6 for felony Rape.
Stewart will have his first court hearing on November 14.
