HENRY COUNTY, Ind. -- A Henry County couple faces charges after police say they let their 4-year-old grandson wander off onto a highway.
Investigators say a driver found the young boy walking along US 36 in Mechanicsburg early Thursday morning.
The driver picked up the boy and called the police.
Police say Jerry and Shannon Sinclair were supposed to be watching their grandson at the time he was found. The couple was arrested and charged with neglect of a dependent and possession of marijuana.
