INDIANAPOLIS -- Police were investigating a fatal crash Tuesday night just south of I-70 downtown.

The crash occurred around 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of Morris and West streets.

Police said a sedan traveling west on Morris Street t-boned a Jeep traveling south on West Street.

The passenger inside the sedan was killed in the crash. Neither driver was seriously injured.

Police said alcohol didn't appear to be a factor in the crash.

The death was the fourth fatal crash -- and the fifth person killed in a crash -- since Monday night in Indianapolis.
