INDIANAPOLIS -- The 360 Market Square project is nearing completion in downtown Indianapolis with crews now assembling the crown atop the building.
The leasing office at the luxury apartment complex has rolled out a menu of rents and posted an array of floor plans on its website --- an indication the building is close to accepting applicants for move-in dates.
The 292 luxury units range from studios renting from around $1,300 per month to two-bedrooms reaching into the $2,300 range, according to emails from developer Flaherty & Collins.
The smallest studio unit measures 570 square feet, while the largest two-bedroom unit covers 1,289 square feet.
There are an assortment of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom measurements in between.
The new skyscraper, which has changed the downtown Indianapolis skyline, sits at the corner of East Market & New Jersey Streets.
No definitive opening date has been announced, although the Whole Foods grocery store is expecting to open at the base of the building in the spring of 2018.
