INDIANAPOLIS — Another high rise apartment building is on track to break ground in downtown Indianapolis.
The department of metropolitan development has given tentative approval for a seven-story complex at 441 Indiana Avenue near Michigan Street.
The site is currently a parking lot.
The building will focus on attracting IUPUI students. Under the current plan, the apartment building will include a garage and retail space.
