INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis' fitness community celebrated diversity and inclusion Thursday night with a pride-themed workout on the canal.
The workout was initially scheduled at CrossFit Infiltrate, but the owner canceled the event, saying "We believe that true health forever can only be found within humility - not pride."
Many members quit the gym over the decision, and it closed Wednesday.

A former coach at CrossFit Infiltrate helped lead the workout. Jared Byczko, the co-owner of CrossFit Naptown, said all are welcome.
"There's gym owners from four or five different gyms, a couple different yoga studios, couple different CrossFit gyms that are here," Byczko said. "It's just everyone getting together. It's all about humanity, it's all about everyone is equal, it's all about let's treat everyone that same way."
Byczko said CrossFit Naptown is already seeing a spike in membership after the controversy at Infiltrate.
