INDIANAPOLIS — A 12-year-old boy was transported to Riley hospital after being shot on the east side, yesterday afternoon.
The young boy was in critical condition last night when he went into surgery.
According to public information officer, James Gillespie, the young boy is now stable after a successful surgery.
The shooting happened in an alley at 4815 East New York Street, at New York and Wallace – west of Emerson.
