INDIANAPOLIS -- A cap at a groundwater well popped off this week at an Indianapolis park, leading to rust-colored water covering part of the ground.
Citizens Energy said they will send a crew Friday afternoon to clean up the water at Ellenberger Park in the Irvington neighborhood.
A Citizens spokesperson said the crews will put the cap back on, secure it, then clean up the water. He said the water is that color because of rust, not sewage.
